In order to hard reset a O2 Ice, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
O2 Ice device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Switch on the device.

2. Go to Menu > Security Settings > Reset Factory Default.
3. Select OK. Type in security code (1234 by default).

4. To complete the hard reset process, select one of two: Delete All User Data or Restore Default Settings. Allow the device to reset and restart, completing the hard reset process. Voila.
