In order to hard reset a O2 XDA Neo, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
O2 XDA Neo device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press the Power button. Hold it until the phone turns on. Unless it is already turned on, in which case don't do that.
2. Press the Power button again, this time along with the CAM and COMM manager buttons.
3. After the screen turns black, press Send button to confirm the hard reset process.
4. Your phone will now reset and restart. Well done.
