In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Palm Pixi.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Palm Pixi device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction One:
1. Make sure that the phone is turned on.
2. It is? Then press & hold the Option + Power + Sym buttons until a Full Erase message appears.
3. Now just follow the on-screen instructions. That is all.
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Select Device Info and, from the list of available options, select Secure Full Erase.
3. Voila, done.
