In order to hard reset a Palm Treo 180, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Palm Treo 180 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Remove the battery from inside the phone.
2. Press-hold the Power button. Reinsert the battery.
3. Let go of buttons held when the company's logo appears on the screen.
4. An "Erase all data?" message will appear. Press Up button to confirm.
5. Lastly, select OK.
