In order to hard reset a Palm Treo Pro, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Palm Treo Pro device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hello. First, please remove the phone's battery.
2. Afterwards press & hold the Power button. As you hold it, put the battery back in.
3. Palm logo should appear on screen. When it does, let go of Power button.
4. An "Erase all data?" should follow. Confirm it by pressing Up.
5. Lastly, use the OK button to select the language you want.
