In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Panasonic Eluga A2.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Panasonic Eluga A2 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Hold down the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Starting from the Main Menu, select Settings, Backup and Reset and Factory Data Reset.
3. Lastly, select Reset Phone and Erase Everything.
4. Voila. Wait for your phone to reset and restart.
Instruction II:
1. Switch off the phone by holding down the Power button.
2. Press Volume Up and Powe buttons at the same time. Hold Power until the Android icon shows on screen; release Volume Up when the Android System Recovery starts.
3. After a new menu opens, select wipe data/factory reset - Volume buttons navigate the menu, Power button selects options.
4. Using the same method as above, select Yes and Reboot System Now.
5. That is all. Done.
