In order to hard reset a Pantech Ease, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Pantech Ease device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the device.
2. Enter Menu, select Settings and Reset.
3. Enter the phone's password (1234 by default).
4. Lastly, select Master Reset and Yes.
5. Phone will now reset'n'restart. Done!
