In order to hard reset a Pantech PG-3600, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Pantech PG-3600 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Press & hold the Power button until the device turns on.

2. Press Call button to open the dialer and type in this code: *01763*737381#

3. Press the Call button once more.
4. Voila! Phone will now reset'n'restart.
