In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Pantech Slate.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Pantech Slate device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction 1:
1. Hold down the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Starting from the Main Menu, select Settings, Privacy and Factory Data Reset.
3. Lastly, select Reset Phone and Erase Everything.
4. Voila. Wait for your phone to reset and restart.
Instruction 2:
1. Press-hold the Power button until the phone powers down.
2. Now open the dialer and tap in the code: *01763*737381#
3. Confirm the factory reset process and wait for your phone to reset'n'restart. That is all.
