In order to hard reset a Parla Minu, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Parla Minu device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Open Menu and goto Settings > Reset > Master Reset > Yes.
3. Type in the phone's safety code, 1234 by default.
4. Woohoo, phone should now reset and restart, thus completing the hard reset process.
