In order to hard reset a Parla Zum, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Parla Zum device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1.Pess-hold the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Starting from the Home Screen, open Menu and select Settings > Reset > Master Reset > Yes.
3. Tap in the safety code: 1234.
4. Voila! The hard reset process is complete.
