In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Philips X623.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Philips X623 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction One:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Press the Call button to open the dialer. Type in this code: #20021208# or *01763*737381#.
3. Press the Call button again to confirm the hard reset process. Voila! Your phone will now reset and restart. Done.
Instruction Two:
1. Press & hold the Power button to turn on the phone.
2. Enter Menu by pressing Left Soft button.
3. Now select Settings > Phone Settings > Restore factory default.
4. Type in the confirmation code 1122. Done! Phone will now reset and restart.
