In order to hard reset a Plum Velocity, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Plum Velocity device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch on the phone.
2. Enter one of these codes: *#881188# or *#9426*357# or *#19912006# or *#3646633# or *#118811#
3. Confirm and wait for your phone to reset and restart.
