Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Prestigio MultiPad 2 Prime Duo 8.0 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone by pressing and holding Power button.
2. Press-hold the Power and Volume Up buttons.
3. Let go of Power button when something happens on the screen. Release Volume Up when Recovery Mode starts.
4. Now is the time to select Wipe Data/Factory Reset. To do that, use Volume Down to scroll to the option and Power to choose it.
5. Continue by selecting, in the same way as above, Yes and Reboot System Now.
