In order to hard reset a Qtek 2020, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 2020 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Prepare the smaller point of the stylus.
2. Now press and hold Power button.
3. Put the stylus into this hole.
4. Phone will now reset and restart. Done.
