In order to hard reset a Qtek 2020i, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 2020i device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hello. Start by taking out the stylus.
2. Now press-hold the Power button.
3. Insert the stylus' smaller point into the hole on phone's left side.
4. Allow the phone to reset and restart. Done!
