In order to hard reset a Qtek 8020, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 8020 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Press and hold both Softkeys.
3. Press and let go of the Power button.
4. When a new screen opens, press 0.
5. Factory reset process should now begin. It will take up to five minutes.
