In order to hard reset a Qtek 9000, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 9000 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press & hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
2. Press and hold Softkeys.
3. Press and release Power button.
4. After the bootsplash screen appears, press 0 to start the Factory Reset.
5. Patiently wait for the Reset to complete. It may take up to five minutes. Toodles.
