In order to hard reset a Qtek S100, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek S100 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Now press and hold the Power button. While holding it, put the stylus into the hole pointed out below.
3. Wait for your phone to complete the Factory data reset.
