Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Samsung A867 Eternity device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction One:
1. Power up the phone with the Power button.
2. Type in this code, *2767*3855#, and confirm it using Call button.
3. Your phone should now reset and restart. Done.
Instruction Two:
1. Power up the phone and enter Menu.
2. Afterwards select Settings > Reset Settings > Phone Settings > Ok.
3. When asked to enter a code, provide it. Default code is. 0000.
4. Lastly, select Yes. Done!
