In order to hard reset a Samsung Conquer 4G, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Samsung Conquer 4G device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.


1. Press the Power button until the phone turns off.

2. Afterwards press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons. Release them when the Recovery Mode menu opens.

3. Select wipe data/factory reset. To do that, use Volume Down to scroll to the option and Power button to select it.

4. Then, using the same buttons as above, select Yes and then Reboot.

5. Voila, your phone should now reset and restart, thus completing the hard reset process.
