Instruction #1


1. To turn off the smartphone, hold the Power key for a while.


2. Is it off? Good. Now press and hold together Volume Up + Home + Power button.


3. When the Samsung Logo appears on the screen, release held keys.
4. Next, select "wipe data / factory reset", using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.


5. In order to confirm the operation, choose "Yes -- delete all user data".


6. Next, select "reboot system now" option.


7. Good work! You have just performed the hard reset.

1. Get started by turninng the device on.


2. You will be facicng. Home Screen. From there, go to Menu and then to Settings.
3. Now, tap Backup & Reset and then Factory data reset.
4. You should now choose Reset phone.
5. Select Erase everything to confirm.
