In order to hard reset a Samsung M370, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Samsung M370 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Switch on the phone.

2. When the phone is on, press the OK/Menu button.

3. A menu will open. Select Settings/Tools and press OK/Menu. Continue to Settings and Reset/Delete.
4. Now select Reset Settings, Reset Phone and just Reset.
5. Your phone should now reset and restart. Done!
