In order to hard reset a Samsung M930 Transform Ultra, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Samsung M930 Transform Ultra device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press & hold the Volume Down and Power buttons.
3. Next, select wipe data/factory reset - use Volume Down to navigate to the option and Power to select it.
4. You will see a new menu. From it, select Yes > Reboot System Now.
5. Done!
