In order to hard reset a Samsung U450 Intensity, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Samsung U450 Intensity device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Enter Menu by pressing Ok.
2. Go to Settings & Tools > Phone Settings > Security.
3. Now enter the lock code (last four digits of your phone number).
4. Next, select Restore Phone > Yes.
5. Press Ok twice.
6. Enter the lock code again.
7. Lastly, press Ok for the last time. Done.
