In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Sharp Aquos Crystal.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Sharp Aquos Crystal device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Start the process by press-holding the Power button until the phone powers up. Unless it is already turned on, in which case don't do that.
2. Open Settings, Backup & reset, Factory Data Reset and Reset Phone.
3. Lastly, select Erase Everything. Done.
1. First, press & hold the Power button until the phone is turned off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Down & Power buttons for a few seconds. Release them when the Recovery Mode menu pops on-screen.
3. Select the wipe data/factory reset option.
4. Continue by selecting Yes and then Reboot System Now.
5. Done.
