In order to hard reset a Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Download the PC Companion application. Install and run it.
2. A window with four options will appear.
3. From them, Select Support New Zone and then Start.
4. You will eventually see a new window, this time with three options.
5. From them, select Phone/Tablet Update and then Start.
6. Then select Repair my phone/tablet.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions.
8. When prompted to, select the model of your phone.
9. Done!
