In our description database there are 5 solutions for performing hard reset for Sony Xperia C3.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Sony Xperia C3 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Power up the phone.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Backup & Reset.
3. Continue by selecting Reset Phone > Erase Everything > Ok.
4. Now just allow the phone to reset'n'restart. Done!
1. Download flashtool from Sony website: http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/
2. Power down the phone.
3. Press & hold the Volume Down and, as you hold it, connect an USB cable to it.
4. Now just follow the on-screen instructions. Done!
