In order to hard reset a T-Mobile MDA Vario IV, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.

T-Mobile MDA Vario IV device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power down the phone.
2. Now press'n'hold the Volume Down & Enter buttons.

3. Afterwards insert the Stylus into the hole on the bottom of the device.
 
4. Wait for the phone to reset and restart.
5. Voila. The hard reset process is now complete.
