In order to hard reset a T-Mobile Move, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
T-Mobile Move device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

 

1. Power down the device.

2. Press'n'hold the Volume up and Power buttons. Let go of them when the bootloader screen opens.

3. Next, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.

4. Then select Factory reset and reboot system now.

5. Yaay, the hard reset is now complete.
