In order to hard reset a T-Mobile Wing, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
T-Mobile Wing device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Pull out the stylus and open it.
2. Press'n'hold both sotfkeys.
3. Insert your stylus into the hole on the left side of the phone.
4. Wait for the phone to reset and restart.
