In order to hard reset a Thuraya Ascom, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Thuraya Ascom device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. First, turn on the phone with Power button.

2. Open Menu and go to Settings > Security > Factory Reset.
3. Type in the password (0000 by default). Press OK to confirm.
4. Voila, the hard reset is over.
