In order to hard reset a Thuraya XT, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Thuraya XT device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power up the device.

2. Go to Menu > Settings > Security > Factory Reset.
3. Enter the password. Default password is 0000. Confirm by pressing OK.
4. Well done, the hard reset process is now complete.
