In order to hard reset a Unnecto Primo, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Unnecto Primo device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. First, turn on the phone with Power button.

2. Open Menu and go to Settings > Restore factory settings.
3. Type in the password (1111 by default). Press OK to confirm.
4. Voila, the hard reset is over.
