In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for XOLO Era 4K.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. XOLO Era 4K device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press & hold the Volume Down and Power buttons. Release them when the Xolo icon appears on-screen.
3. Open Recovery Mode by pressing and holding Volume Down for a few seconds.
4. Now use Volume buttons to select wipe data/factory reset and power button to confirm your choice.
5. Then select yes.
6. ... and reboot system now.
7. Voila. Your phone should now reset and restart.
