Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Yezz Billy 5S LTE device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

1. Start by turning off the phone.

2. Continue by press-holding the Volume Down and Power buttons.

3. Wait for the exclamation mark to pop on-screen and release held buttons.

4. Now tap in this button sequence: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
5. Voila. The phone should now reset and restart, thus completing the hard reset.
