In order to hard reset a ZTE Iconic Phablet, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
ZTE Iconic Phablet device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power down the phone.
2. Press'n'hold the Volume Down + Volume Up + Power buttons continuously.

3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset option - use Volume to scroll to the option and Power  to select it.

4. Select Yes and then Reboot System Now.
