Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. ZTE Light Tab 2 V9A device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

1. Turn off the phone by pressing the Power button.

2. Afterwards, press'n'hold the Volume Down + Power buttons for ten seconds. Release them when a new menu appears on-screen.

3. Select the Wipe Data/Factory Reset - use Volume to scroll and Power to select options.

4. Tap Yes and reboot system now.
