In order to hard reset a ZTE Score M, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
ZTE Score M device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power up the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down, Camera and Power buttons.

3. Press Menu when the Android logo appears. A new menu will open.

4. From it, use Volume buttons to scroll options and Power/Home/Menu to confirm your choice.

5. Select Yes and Reboot System Now.
