In order to hard reset a ZTE Skate, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
ZTE Skate device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn on the device.
2. Now press & hold the UP and HOME buttons and press Power for three seconds. Let Power go after the Android green man appears.


3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset using Volume and Back buttons.

4. Select Yes - delete all data.
5. Restart the phone by pressing Back. Done.
