1. Make sure that your phone is turned on. Is it? Okay, then press and hold the Power button until a menu appears.
2. From that menu select the Reboot option. Tap OK to confirm.
3. As the phone restarts, press and hold the Volume Down & Volume Up key.
4. Let go of them when the phone turns back on. Voila! You are now in the safe mode.
5. If you wish to leave it, hold down the Power button. Choose Reboot from the menu and tap OK to confirm your choice.
