1. If the device is on, hold down the Power button until the SAMSUNG G903F Galaxy S5 Neo options appears on the screen.
2. A menu should appear. In it, tap Restart two times.
3. Ast he phone is restarting, press and hold the Volume Down button for a while.


4. Feel free to release the Volume Down when your phone is turned on again.
5. Splendid! You may now notice the Safe Mode logo in the left-down corner of the screen.
