1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time. Let go of them after the message saying FTM appears on the screen.
3. Congrats, you have made it to the Safe Mode.
If Safe Mode cannot be entered, turn the phone on, type in *983*87274# and select Only Diag.
