1. Turn the phone off first.
2. Second, press & hold together Volume Down + Power button until the phone vibrates once.
3. Now quickly release Volume down and press Volume up. You will see a new menu on screen.
4. Choose the "Fastboot" option.
5. Good work, you should be in the Fastboot mode now.
