1. Make sure the device is on.

2. Connect a keyboard to the tablet and press-hold Shift button.
3. Keep holding down the Shift button and select Restart.
4. A new menu should open. From it, select Troubleshoot.

5. Voila, you are in Troubleshoot Mode.
