1. Power down the device and disconnect the USB cable from the phone.
2. Turn the phone back on by holding the Volume Down button.
3. A new menu will open. In it, select Fastboot Mode. Use Volume Up to scroll and Power button to accept.
4. Hoozah, you have started Fastboot mode.
