1. Connect your phone to a computer.

2. Turn it off.
3. Press & hold the Power button for 3 seconds.

4. Press and hold these buttons for ten seconds: Volume Down, Power, Home.

5. Release Power button. After iTunes alert appears on-screen, release Home button.
6. Done.
