1. Hello. First, hold down the Power key to switch on the device.
2. Now be so kind as to press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button for a few seconds.
3. Enter Factory Mode with a press of the Volume Down button.
4. Use Volume keys to scroll through the options and Power button to select them.
