1. First, power up the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Next, hold down the Power and Volume Down buttons for a moment.
3. You can release held buttons when a Bootloader menu opens.
4. Good job, you are in Bootloader mode. Navigate it with Volume buttons; select options with Power button.
