1. Good day. First, switch off the device by pressing and holding the Power button.

2. After the phone turns off, press and hold Volume Up buttons for a moment.

3. As you keep the button pressed, connect the phone to a PC via a micro USB.
4. Unless something went wrong, you are now in the download mode.
